Vilufushee School opened its doors on 27 August 1948 and has provided education to the island of Th. Vilufushi for more than 75 years. Across the generations, the school has attained milestone after milestone in the service of its community.
Today, more than 300 students are enrolled from the Foundation Stage to Key Stage 5, learning under the Maldivian National Curriculum and Cambridge pathways — guided by teachers, parents, and a community working together to raise confident, capable, and responsible young people.

Early learning and primary grades under the Maldivian National Curriculum, building strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, Dhivehi, and Islam.
Grades 7–8 continue the National Curriculum across mathematics, sciences, languages, and social studies.
Grades 9–10 follow Cambridge IGCSE syllabuses alongside SSC Dhivehi and Islam.
Grades 11–12 continue to advanced level studies, preparing students for higher education and careers.
